Polyester Densified Mattress

This product is produced with all new material consisting of a 100% - 13 oz. Polyester Fiber Core; thermally bonded for stability and support that is odor free, non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and moisture resistant.  Cover consists of an easy care 3 ply light green colored Sure-Chek 44, 12.5 oz. Vinyl Ticking that is antistatic, hypo-allergenic, antimicrobial, fluid, stain and fire resistant.  Designed to be used in the confinement care industry and to provide customers with a less expensive alternative to the foam core mattresses.  View Fire Test Evaluation

These thermally bonded 100% Polyester Fiber cores are available in both 4 inch (13 oz. per sq. ft.) and 6 inch (18 oz. per sq. ft.) thickness.  These high density cores ensure durability, stability, and support.  Product is reversible, odor free, non-toxic, hypo-allergenic, and moisture resistant.  Cover consists of a 12.5 oz. easy care 3-ply light green colored vinyl ticking that is antistatic, hypo-allergenic, antimicrobial, fluid, stain and fire resistant.  Designed to be used in the confinement care industry and to provide customers with a less expensive alternative to the foam core mattresses and pillow mattresses on the market.  View Fire Test Evaluation
