MSI Print Shop offers printing as well as design and layout services. The Print Shop produces a full range of stationery items, business cards, brochures, fliers, mailers, booklets, newsletters, and multi-part forms, with its capabilities in two and four color and high volume printing, collating and binding.
SHOP PRINTING SERVICES
Located at the Women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility, the MSI Dental Laboratory provides all dentures, bite splints and dental appliance repairs for MDOC prisoners. Workers gain experience as dental lab technicians as well as dental appliance makers. The Dental Lab training involves teaching the various techniques and systems used in creating well-fitting dental prosthetics and demands dexterity, numeracy, focus on detail and commitment on the part of the students. The Dental Laboratory employs ten prisoner workers.
MSI laundry operations services MDOC's correctional facilities, several state and local governmental units as well as a number of healthcare facilities. MSI's laundry operation is poised to service institutional customers in healthcare, confinement care, long-term care and education. We can provide both traditional laundering and dry cleaning services using the latest in equipment and technology. We are especially committed to teamwork and accountability to assure that our customers property is well cleaned and intact upon delivery. This requires careful coordination between our crew leaders and launderers throughout the cleaning process.
