In today's fast-paced world, managing stress is essential to our overall well-being. At ESP, we emphasize the importance of wellness and stress management through the practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness encourages present-moment awareness and can help reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote emotional resilience.

ESP hosts weekly 15-minute Mindfulness Breaks as part of our commitment to supporting and empowering employees on their mindfulness journey. Join us as a member of the ESP team guides you through an exploration of concepts you can add to your own personal toolchest, with the goal of enhancing performance and productivity, relieving stress, and creating a more harmonious and fulfilling work environment.

Weekly Mindfulness Breaks: ESP continues to offer 15-minute mindfulness breaks every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.

Monthly Manager Sessions: Managing programs and leading others can be daunting, but this is especially true during times of constant change and uncertainty. ESP offers monthly sessions for managers focused on providing strategies and resources to assist with current challenges and stressors.

Designing a Life With Intention Through Mindfulness
An archer would never take aim without first locking on to a target. A sailor without a destination will drift aimlessly in the current. When we don’t know what we’re working toward or for, it’s easy to feel like we’re just floating through life.  But when we have a sense of direction and focus, we can decide what a great life looks like for us, and take daily steps to move toward the things we want.

Please join us for a two-part interactive Teams series where we’ll work on developing a personal purpose and mission to help guide us. These sessions will include mindfulness-based practices. You’re welcome to attend either or both; the second session is not built off the information shared in the first. Links to join are below.

Session One—Building a Purpose: Wednesday June 10, 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.

Session Two—Living our Purpose: Wednesday June 17, 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.
