Manual Pot and Pan Dishwasher Detergent

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This product is a top quality, highly concentrated hand dishwashing liquid. Excellent grease dissolve power. Provides long lasting, stable suds. This product is free rinsing and will never leave streaks or spots. Contains emollients to protect and condition the hands.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use 1/2 - 1 ounce of this product for each gallon of water. Add water to detergent in tank to make suds. Sanitize according to local health department regulations.

Automatic Dishwashing Detergent

Disinfectant Sanitizer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: To disinfect food processing premises: floors, walls, and storage areas. add 3 ounces of this product per 5 gallons of water (or equivalent dilution). For heavily soiled areas, a pre-cleaning step is required. Apply solution with a mop, cloth, sponge or hand pump trigger sprayer so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Allow to remain wet for 10 minutes, then remove excess liquid. Before using this product, food products and packaging materials must be removed from the area or carefully protected. After use, all surfaces in the area must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add 3 ounces of this product per 5 gallons of water for disinfection against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica, Listeria monocytogenes, and Yersinia enterocolitica.

Delimer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Delimer is an excellent lime and scale remover. This product removes iron, rust oxidation, hard water stains and soap scum. Delimer was designed to neutralize and
remove lime and baked on deposits from steam tables, dishwashers and other equipment that has been exposed to extreme temperatures.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use 1 oz. to 1 gallon of hot water. Allow tough deposits to soak for a few minutes. Scrub and rinse well. Prevent Build-up: Dilute 1 oz. to 3 gallons of water after initial Deliming. Deliming Dish Machines: Use 2 oz. of Delimer to each gallon of water in wash or rinse tank of machine. Run for 15 minutes. Drain. Follow with dishwashing detergent. Ice Machine Cleaning: Dilute 1-2 oz. per gallon of water and follow machine cleaning instructions.

Freezer Cleaner

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Freezer Cleaner is an aggressive, ready to use, floor, wall and equipment cleaner to use in sub-freezing, freezer and cold storage areas. This product removes dirt, grime, fat and grease deposits from hard surfaces. This product is safe to use and biodegradable.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply cleaner by spray, mop or sponge and agitate problem areas using a brush. Pick up solution with a wet-vac or mop. This product may also be used with automatic floor scrubbers and rotary floor machines. Do not allow product or solution to contaminate food.

H202 Multi Purpose Cleaner

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Citrus H2O2 is a multi-purpose cleaner and deodorizer with the power of citrus and hydrogen peroxide. This product can handle all of your tough cleaning jobs! It is safe to use, it is readily biodegradable and environmentally preferable.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Light Duty: Dilute 1 - 2 oz. per gallon of water. Medium Duty: Dilute 4 oz. per gallon of water. Heavy Duty: Dilute 6-10 oz. per gallon. Industrial Strength Degreasing: 16 - 20 oz. per gallon. DO NOT MIX THIS PRODUCT WITH ANY OTHER CHEMICAL.

Degreaser

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This product was created to handle the toughest cleaning jobs. It can be applied using a power washer, auto scrubber, steam cleaner, mop and bucket or as a spray and wipe cleaner. Safe on most washable surfaces. Biodegradable. *Do not use this product on glass.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Light Duty: Dilute 2 - 3 oz. per gallon of water. General Cleaning: 4 - 6 oz. per gallon of water. Heavy Duty/Degreasing: 8 - 12 oz. per gallon of water. Dispensing Equipment: See your representative for accurate dosing.

Quarry Tile Floor Cleaner

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: A highly concentrated cleaner/degreaser for quarry tile and concrete floors. Eliminates grease build-up that can cause slippery floors. This specifically blended acid cleaner is a must in kitchens. The acid penetrates the tile and returns the porous condition and natural slip-resistance to the quarry tile. Uses: Kitchens, Quarry Tile, Concrete, Restrooms and Showers.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Sweep floor of all dirt and debris. Daily cleaning: Use 4 oz. per gallon of hot water. Apply with a mop or conventional sprayer. Agitate with deck brush for 5 minutes. Rinse with clean water and allow floor to dry. Initial "shock" cleaning: Use at full strength or mixed with 64 oz. per gallon of hot water. Allow solution to remain for 5-10 minutes. Agitate with scrubber or brush, pick up with mop or wet/dry vacuum. Rinse as required.

Test Paper Quaternary Ammonium Sanitizer Text Kit

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: QT-10 Quaternary Test Paper provides a simple, reliable, and economical means to measure the concentration of Quaternary Sanitizers, including
n-alkyldimethylbenzyl and/or n-alkyl dimethyl ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, and Rocall II. With color matches at 0-100-200-300-400ppm (parts per million), the test paper measures concentrations between 0-400ppm, detecting exhaustion of solutions that should be replaced as well as helping to avoid using excessive amounts of sanitizing agents.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Dip the strip into the sanitizing solution for 10 seconds, then instantly compare the resulting color with the enclosed color chart which matches concentrations of 0-100-200-300-400ppm. Test solution should be between 65 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Hydrion Chlorine Test Paper provides a simple, reliable, and economical means to measure the concentration of free available chlorine in sanitizing solutions.
