This product is produced with all new material consisting of a 100% - 13 oz. Polyester Fiber Core; thermally bonded for stability and support that is odor free, non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and moisture resistant.  Cover consists of an easy care 3 ply light green colored Sure-Chek 44, 12.5 oz. Vinyl Ticking that is antistatic, hypo-allergenic, antimicrobial, fluid, stain and fire resistant.  Designed to be used in the confinement care industry and to provide customers with a less expensive alternative to the foam core mattresses.

The versatility of the Siesta Foam Core makes this mattress ideally suited for use in various applications including: dormitories, state park cabins, fire departments, behavioral health facilities, (with the exception of confinement facilities) to name a few.  This full depth foam construction consists of durable high density polyurethane that is completely encapsulated with a 1/2" of highly fire resistant CF Safeguard cushioning.  The mattress complies with mandatory flammability standards including 16 CFR 1632 and 1633 and California TB 129.  The navy blue colored FR 210 Denier PU coated nylon cover is constructed with inverted side seam construction thereby preventing bed bugs and other parasites from inhabiting the mattress.  Constructed with non-penetrable surfaces so that liquid, body waste and hospital medicaments cannot penetrate.  Passes Liquid Penetration Standard ASTM D751/A and Anti-microbial Standard AATCV 147 ISO 22196.  Excellent for Dormitories, State Park Cabins, Fire Departments, Behavioral Health Facilities, and other applications.
