January-Review Opens: Intent to apply released on January 8th. Application window opens on January 29th.
February-Apply: Attend the application webinar February 2nd. Complete & submit your applications.
March-Application Due: All application materials must be submitted by March 6th.
April-Initial Decisions: Decisions released by the end of April. Intent to appeal submission due one week after release.
May-Appeal Process: If applicable, all appeal materials due 30 days after intent to appeal submission.
June-Final Decisions: Appeal reviews conclude and final decisions are announced end of June.
