The Michigan Office of Strategic Talent Preparation, part of the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP), identifies and supports Michiganders who face barriers to education and career advancement — closing gaps in postsecondary access and credential attainment across the state.
