The Office of Strategic Talent Preparation (OSTP) works with communities and partners to identify gaps, expand access to education and career opportunities and connect Michiganders with resources to support their success.
Priorities include:
- Data-Driven Outreach: Mapping program data to identify gaps and engaged in targeted outreach to address gaps.
- Community Collaboration: Working with community leaders to understand opportunities in the communities we serve to advance our mission.
- Community Connections: Directly connecting with underserved Michiganders to ensure even more individuals across our state can access the vital resources we provide.
- Moving Males Forward: Ensuring access to postsecondary opportunities and addressing disparities in postsecondary credential attainment by men.
