Michigan's Part C State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP)
Starting in 2012, the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) began focusing more on results, and the State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) is a critical tool for the new process. The SPP/APR is submitted online (EMAPS).
States were asked to review and analyze data and determine what is impacting their ability to help infants and toddlers.
Information on Michigan's SSIP progress will be provided on this webpage.
