    Since 2008, Student Veterans of America has grown to include more than 1,500 chapter affiliates located at academic institutions across the country. SVA also partners with numerous private and nonprofit partners and student-focused programs and services for veterans. The organization's mission is to provide veterans with the resources, support and advocacy needed to succeed in higher education and following graduation.

     

  • Peer Advisors for Veteran Education (PAVE)

     

    Peer Advisors for Veteran Education (PAVE) is a peer support program that connects incoming student veterans on college campuses with trained veteran peer advisors. A peer advisor can help student veterans navigate college life, address challenges, connect to appropriate resources on and off campus, and provide ongoing support.
