•2 Forms of ID: either 2 primary or 1 primary and 1secondary
o Primary ID examples: Driver’s license, U.S. passport, State ID
o Secondary ID examples: Social Security card, health insurance card, W-2 Form, birth certificate with official Seal, pay stub, electric bill
o No military IDs accepted
