PRESENTED TO: The DMVA employee who demonstrates excellence in the performance of their job duties in serving the men and women who’ve served us.
PURPOSE: To recognize and honor a Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs employee.
ELIGIBILITY:
• Open to all DMVA civilian employees.
• Does not have current corrective and/or disciplinary action.
• Have demonstrated innovation and inclusion in their efforts to advance the “Member for Life” motto embraced by the department.
This program is administered by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency. Anyone can nominate candidates for this award, but the nominee must meet the eligibility criteria. Submissions will be reviewed by an independent panel. The award recipient will be notified and honored at the Michigan Military & Veterans Gala Nov 02, 2024, at Lansing Center.
