10.02: Requirements for participation in the TDP plan

Members of this retirement system are eligible to participate in the tax-deferred payment (TDP) plan if they are part of the Defined Benefit Plan, Pension Plus Plan, or Pension Plus 2 Plan and are purchasing active duty military service credit and/or making payments for a repayment of a refund, contributions for pre-1992 weekly workers' compensation, or MIP window buy-back.

Requirements for participation

  • Active membership requirement. See section 10.02.01.
  • Billing statement requirement. See section10.02.02.
  • Sufficient funds requirement. See section 10.02.03.
  • Proper TDP and other deduction sequence. See section 10.02.04.
  • Scheduled TDP deductions. See section 10.02.05.
