12.05: Forgotten MILogin User ID and Password

Forgotten user ID

1. If you clicked Lookup your user ID, enter your email address and check the reCAPTCHA box as prompted. Click Next Step.

2. You may be prompted to enter your name. If not, go to the next step.

3. The login page will appear with a prompt to check your email. The email will contain your user ID.

Forgotten password

1. If you clicked Forgot your password? on the login screen, enter your user ID and check the reCAPTCHA box as prompted. Click Next Step. (You have an option to request your user ID if you need it. See the section above for specific instructions.)

2. Enter the passcode that was sent to your mobile phone.

3. Select a verification method from the various options. You’ll receive a passcode via the method you selected.

4. After entering your verification passcode, you can create and confirm your new password, following the password guidelines shown. Click Reset Password.
