Only certain attorneys within the Department of Attorney General are authorized to accept service of process on the Attorney General or the Department. If you have questions regarding service of process on the Attorney General or the Department of Attorney General, please call 517-335-7622 or email the Department. To arrange for personal service, please call 517-335-7622 for assistance.
