AG Nessel Charges Carmack With Felony

LANSING – Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel charged Robert Lee Carmack, 60, of Woodhaven, with one felony count of Operating While Intoxicated, Third Offense on Friday, December 20 in 33rd District Court in Woodhaven.
If convicted Carmack could be sentenced to a maximum of five years in state prison and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
A probable cause conference is scheduled for January 3, 2020; a preliminary exam is scheduled for January 7, 2020. Both will be in 33rd District Court, Woodhaven.
