NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING INITIATIVES DIVISION

Purpose Statement
Neighborhood Housing Initiatives Division (NHID) provides affordable housing solutions and opportunities to Michigan residents, neighborhoods and partners.  Neighborhoods are a defined, community-based residential area where people live and share amenities and resources.

MSHDA is pleased to announce the launch of a new statewide housing grant opportunity for organizations.
