Since June 2000, MSHDA has served as the HUD's Contract Administrator for the Project-Based Section 8 portfolio in Michigan.
In partnership with MMAM and EPS, Inc., MSHDA:
- Administers contracts under HUD's Annual Contributions Contract (ACC)
- Ensures properties meet HUD's standards for safe, decent, and sanitary housing for low-income families.
- Handles resident inquiries and compliance oversight.
