MSHDAs Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs
The Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs is used for the following programs:
- The Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (Application plus Addendum I)
- Supportive Housing (Application plus Addendum III)
- The "HOME Team Advantage" program (Application plus Addendum IV)
- "Taxable Bond" lending (Application plus Addendum IV)
- "TEAM" tax-exempt bond lending (Application plus Addendum IV)
- The Section 8 and Section 202 Preservation programs. (Application plus Addendum IV)
- The Section 236 Preservation program. (Application plus Addendum IV)
- The Pass Through Short Term Bond Program (Application plus Addendum I and all requirements listed in program statement) ( Pass Through Short Term Bond Program Statement and Application Requirements )
The Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs is intended for those interested in developing low-income housing using programs available through MSHDA.
