Prior Year Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Allocations:

The Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program Project Status Reports list projects which received allocations during each year of the LIHTC Program.

The information provided for each project includes:

• The name and address of the project and the county in which it is located
• The name, address, contact person and telephone number of the project's ownership entity
• The amount of credit requested and the amount of credit allocated, if applicable
• The total number of units, the number of tax credit units, and the number of buildings in the project
