Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Placed In Service Forms:

The forms in this section are intended for use with projects that have received an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credit and are ready to be placed in service. If there are questions regarding the forms listed below, please contact Carol Thompson in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.

Placed-In-Service Application

LIHTC Projects are required to be placed in service no later than the end of the second calendar year following the date of the Carryover Allocation Agreement.
