In accordance with Revenue Procedures 2014-49 and 2014-50, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is permitting all owners of low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) and MSHDA Bond properties within the State of Michigan to provide temporary emergency housing to displaced individuals affected by a Major Disaster.
