Applications open for Michigan Veteran Service Organizations Capital Outlay Grant

The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) is now accepting applications for the Michigan Veteran Service Organizations Capital Outlay Grant (VSOCOG) for fiscal year 2024.

Grant funding totaling $2080.50 will be available to support necessary Capital Outlay projects/improvements to a physical building for a nonprofit Veteran Service Organization who has a physical building in their community. This is a competitive grant, and all Veteran Service Organizations are encouraged to apply.

Interested applicants MUST submit the Letter of Intent to Apply to be eligible to apply for the FY24 VSOCOG funding. The letter does not bind an organization to any legal contract or obligation to apply but must be submitted in order to establish an organization as an eligible grant recipient.

Letters of Intent must be received at MVAAGrants@michigan.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, May 26, 2023.
