8.02.01: Payment due dates

Employer contributions, employee contributions, and tax-deferred payment (TDP) deductions must be submitted by the seventh state of Michigan business day after the related pay period end date in which the compensation was paid or deductions were withheld. See the list of ORS Non-Business Days.
