Bridgette Frost

Special Agent

Special Agent Bridgette Frost came to the Department of Attorney General from the Flint Police Department where she worked as a Road Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer and Crime Area Target Officer before being assigned to the Criminal Investigations Bureau. While assigned as a Detective she specialized in crimes against children, criminal sexual conduct, domestic violence, residential and commercial burglaries, home invasions, financial crimes, robbery, organized crime, and auto theft.

Special Agent Frost is currently assigned to the Special Victims Unit within the Criminal Investigations Division at the Department of Attorney General where she specializes in cold case criminal sexual conduct cases and violence against women including domestic violence, stalking and human trafficking.

Special Agent Frost has trained and obtained certifications in the following areas: International Homicide Investigator Association School, Michigan State Police Evidence Technician School, Core Lab Social Network Analysis, Foundations in Intelligence Analysis, REID Interview and Interrogation School, Court Room Testimony, Crime Prevention through Environmental Design, Hero’s Path to Excellence, Incident Command System, FBI Regional Cellular Analysis Survey Team, National Attorney General Training & Research Institute – Complex Financial Investigations, Trauma In-formed Prosecutions, and Michigan Child Advocacy Professional Development. Special Agent Frost obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan – Flint before attending Michigan’s Law Enforcement Regional Training Academy located in Genesee County.
