Jeremy Beisel
Special Agent
Special Agent Jeremy Beisel came to the Attorney General from the Farmington Hills Police Department with over 18 years of experience. During his tenure at the Farmington Hills Police Department, he worked as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer and was assigned to several investigative units including the South Oakland Narcotics Intelligence Consortium (SONIC) and the Detective Bureau within the Investigations Division. During his time in SONIC, he worked primarily narcotics enforcement, homicides, home invasions and criminal surveillance cases. Afterward, as a Detective within the Investigations Division, he worked home invasions, robberies, crimes against children, financial crimes, criminal sexual conduct, domestic violence cases and cold case homicides. In addition, he was also a member of the Honor Guard Unit and served as an Evidence Technician for most of his tenure.
Special Agent Beisel is currently assigned to the Special Victims Unit within the Criminal Investigations Division of the Attorney General.
Special Agent Beisel graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and attended the Kalamazoo Valley Police Academy.
