LANSING – Four Lansing School District students shared wall space with 18 Grand Ledge students in the offices of Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. Nessel opted to take a unique approach to decorating the Office of Michigan Attorney General, displaying artwork from students ranging from kindergarten to grade 12.
Stopping by to see their artwork were Greyson Fulghum, a kindergartner with Lansing Public Schools’ Gier Park Elementary and Penelope Thompson-Linton, a third grade student from Lansing Public Schools’ Wexford Montessori.
“This is the people’s law firm and what better way to dress it up than with the artwork of Michigan students,” Nessel said. “I am so incredibly amazed by the skill of these talented young students – their work is well beyond their years and it’s an honor to showcase it here in our office.”
