Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
LIHTC and HOME projects must comply with VAWA. HUD has issued guidance for its cover-programs. Owners and management agents should review the policies, procedures, and forms developed by HUD in determining how to comply with VAWA at their LIHTC project(s), as the IRS has not provided guidance.
Complete and Submit the following form to your assigned MSHDA Compliance Analyst for approval of emergency transfers in MSHDA HOME assisted units:
