4. Offer throughout the state comprehensive education on what constitutes a “vulnerable” adult under Michigan law thus dispelling a myth that an older adult must have a medical diagnosis before abuse can, or in the case of mandated reporters must, be reported.

9. Offer throughout the state comprehensive education and resources for investigators and prosecutors on best practices to pursue cases of financial exploitation committed against vulnerable adults.

10. Provide comprehensive video instruction and new form available on the Attorney General’s website to facilitate public reports to law enforcement of financial exploitation of vulnerable adults.
