8. Offer throughout the state comprehensive education on what the Long Term Care Ombudsman does and services they provide |

9. Offer throughout the state comprehensive education and resources for investigators and prosecutors on best practices to pursue cases of financial exploitation committed against vulnerable adults. |

10. Provide comprehensive video instruction and new form available on the Attorney General’s website to facilitate public reports to law enforcement of financial exploitation of vulnerable adults. |
