Find An E-file Provider
The State of Michigan is working with tax preparers to encourage taxpayers to e-file their individual income tax returns. Beginning January 1, 2012, the IRS is mandating preparers filing 11 or more income tax returns to e-file those returns, with minor exceptions. Michigan would expect any preparer e-filing federal returns to also e-file Michigan returns.
To find an e-file provider in your area where you can electronically file your tax return, you may search the IRS Authorized e-file Provider locator service.
Note: All IRS authorized e-file providers are also authorized by Michigan e-file providers.
Inclusion on this list is not an endorsement by the Michigan Department of Treasury of the quality of service provided.
