Check Your Refund Status

Refund processing is currently impacted by system upgrade initiatives.
For both e-filed and mailed returns, please allow 10 weeks before checking your refund status by phone or online.

To ensure your privacy and uphold data security, the following information is required:

  • Primary Filer's Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Primary Filer's Last Name
  • Tax Year
  • Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) or Total Household Resources (THR)
  • Filing Status

Guest Services

Using "Guest Services", you are required to answer verification questions each time you access a different option.

Account Services

Using "Account Services", when you create an account, you are only required to answer the verification questions one time for each tax year.

Inquiries

Using "Inquiries", you may ask an Account Specific question or request a copy of a letter/tax return/check or ask General Topic questions.
