2022 EITC Supplemental Checks
Where Was My Check Sent?
The initial mailings of 2022 EITC supplemental check payments were sent to the address Treasury had on file for you on February 1, 2024.
If that address is incorrect and the undeliverable check is returned to Treasury, we will send it out again using the address provided on your 2023 individual income tax return (if you filed) or your manual address update.
I Did Not Receive a Check. What Should I Do?
If you were eligible and claimed the EITC on your 2022 tax return, you should have received the supplemental check payment by April 1, 2024. If you did not, please contact Treasury.
Treasury is committed to making every effort to get your check to you, even if you do not file a 2023 return or update your address.
