Instructions for Accessing and Viewing the Sample DAT File
- Right-click Sample Garnishment DAT File
- Select Save Link As.
- Save the file with a .txt extension.
- Open the saved file using Notepad++ or another plain text editor that supports fixed width formatting.
- Within the plain text editor, ensure that Word Wrap is disabled.
- The file will then display in the proper alignment consistent with the formatting requirements outlined in the Electronic Data Processing (EDP) specifications.
