Vendor Confidential Information Requests

In support of Third-Party Vendors (law offices, tax advisors, etc.) and with authorization from the taxpayer, the Department of Treasury may provide tax information to assist with the taxpayer’s representation. Third-Party Vendor requests should be submitted through the Michigan Disclosure Request System.

    Securely log in to submit and track requests for confidential Michigan Treasury tax information. Users login through MiLogin for business and request access to the Michigan Disclosure Request System following the user guide.
