2011 income tax returns may be e-filed beginning January 17, 2012.

E-file is the fastest, easiest, most convenient way to your refund. E-file returns are processed faster than paper returns. Please allow 14 days before checking the status of your e-filed return using the Michigan Department of Treasury's Check My Income Tax Info Web site.

The Michigan Department of Treasury works with software developers to provide individual income tax e‑file software information to Michigan taxpayers. We do not endorse the companies nor do we guarantee their products, services, or prices. We recommend review of the product terms and conditions to fully understand what is supported by the software and the information collected by the software developer. Please be aware that companies may change their requirements and prices after we post this offer information.

Information about specific software offers will be published in alphabetical order as it becomes available for tax year 2011. Please check back for updates.

If you have questions about the software product when filing your return, you must contact their customer support area. Software companies provide technical and customer support for their products. The Michigan Department of Treasury does not offer technical assistance or customer support for the software products listed below.
