How can I pay?
Delinquent accounts can be paid electronically using Collections e-Service or by calling the number on your bill/letter. You will need your bank routing and account number for e-service and phone payments. No debit or credit payments are accepted at this time.
Payments can also be sent by US Mail or taken to a local field office (verify office hours prior to traveling to a field office):
• Make your check payable to “State of Michigan-COLL".
• Write your assessment number and account number on the check.
• Include the payment coupon from the bottom of your billing notice.
• Allow 10 – 14 days for mailing and processing of your payment.
