How can I find out if I have tax returns that are missing or delinquent?

You may ask about missing or delinquent tax returns using Michigan Treasury eServices.

Click on the above link and follow these steps:

1. Select the “Inquiries” option
2. Then select “Inquire about Other Topics”
3. You will be asked to enter the following information for security reasons:
• Sign in with MiLogin Citizen
  Note: If you don't already have full eServices access, you'll need to unlock it by selecting "Access your individual tax account(s)" and following the prompts/li>
• Select the “View Returns and Periods” option/li>
• You'll see your filed returns from the past several years. If one is missing that you haven't filed in the past 6 weeks, you can file a return for that year./li>
• Clicking "View or Amend Return" will show the tax return due date and your return filing date for that year.
