What is a Settlement Statement?
A settlement statement is the statement of receipts and disbursements for the purchase of a Michigan single-family residence that is a qualified beneficiary’s principal residence. An executed sales agreement for the purchase of a manufactured home being conveyed as personal property will also qualify as a settlement statement.
