If you disagree with the adjustment(s), submit documentation to support your claim. Do not send original documents, as they will not be returned.
Example: If your withholding was adjusted, submit a copy of your W-2 and/or 1099 forms on 8 ½ x 11 paper to verify your withholding amount.
