RAB-91-10. This bulletin updates Revenue Administrative Bulletin 1990-18 to reflect recent changes in the Department of Treasury. It provides an up-to-date listing of telephone numbers to call for taxpayer assistance and of Treasury Department field offices.
As a result of these changes, the Department's field office staff will provide only limited taxpayer assistance such as answering general questions, accepting payments, and providing tax forms. Treasury Department staff no longer prepares tax returns at any of its offices.
This bulletin will be replaced as telephone numbers, addresses, or other information concerning the field offices change. This bulletin, or its most current replacement, should be consulted prior to contacting a field office listed in a specific Revenue Administrative Bulletin or on a tax form.
