List of Certified Community Foundations for Tax Year 1999 – Single Business Tax Credit and Income Tax Credit

RAB 99-7. This bulletin lists the names, addresses and phone numbers of the community foundations that have been certified by the Treasury Department for tax year 1999 in accordance with section 38c of the Single Business Tax Act and section 261 of the Income Tax Act, as last amended by Public Act 484 of 1996 and Public Act 190 of 1997. [MCL 208.38a; MSA 7.557(1261) and 206.261; MSA 7.557(1261)].

Certified Community Foundations for Tax Year 1999

Contributions to a certified community foundation may be eligible for the tax credits described in Revenue Administrative Bulletin 1995 - 10 and MCL §§ 208.38a and 206.261.

Listed below are the community foundations that have been certified by the Treasury Department for tax year 1999. A number of the larger community foundations manage the funds of smaller community foundations. The smaller community foundations, known as geographic affiliate funds, are listed under the managing community foundation. Donations made to a geographic affiliate fund must be claimed by using the managing community foundation’s code listed on the appropriate tax form. No other applications for certification will be accepted for tax year 1999.
