Thank you for registering for the Mid-Michigan Local History Conference taking place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at the Michigan Library and Historical Center. Please review the following information prior to attending:
The Visitor Lot for the Michigan Library and Historical Center (MLHC) is located southwest of the building's entrance. Find maps and additional details on the Contact and Visit Us section of the Library of Michigan's website.
Attendees are asked to arrive between 9:30AM-10:00AM prior to the start of the event. Please go to the Registration Desk that will be located by the MLHC's entrance in the 1st Floor Rotunda. After checking in, proceed to the Forum Auditorium for the Keynote presentation.
Lunch will be served at noon in the Lake Erie Room immediately after the 11:00AM session finishes. Attendees are welcome to stay in the Lake Erie Room to eat their lunch. Alternately, tables and seating in the Lake Huron Room next to the 2nd Floor Reference desk will serve as an eating space. Attendees are also welcome to bring their lunch outside to the courtyard if both weather permits and construction is completed.

The Mid-Michigan Local History Conference is presented by the Archives of Michigan, Historical Society of Michigan, Ingham County Historical Commission, Library of Michigan, and Michigan State Capitol Education and History Department.
