Exhibitors

Thank you for being an exhibitor for the Mid-Michigan Local History Conference taking place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at the Michigan Library and Historical Center. Please review the following information prior to attending:

Parking

The Visitor Lot for the Michigan Library and Historical Center (MLHC) is located southwest of the building's entrance. Find maps and additional details on the Contact and Visit Us section of the Library of Michigan's website.

Arrival and Check-In

Exhibitors are asked to arrive between 9:00AM-9:30AM prior to the start of the event. Please go to the Registration Desk that will be located by the MLHC's entrance in the 1st Floor Rotunda. After checking in, please proceed to the 2nd Floor of the Library of Michigan to set-up at your assigned exhibit table. Note: the exhibit space has been moved from the 1st Floor Rotunda to the 2nd Floor of the Library of Michigan 

Lunch

Lunch will be served at noon in the Lake Erie Room immediately after the 11:00AM session finishes. Exhibitors are welcome to join event attendees and presenters for lunch. The Lake Erie Room will serve as one area for eating lunch. Alternately, tables and seating in the Lake Huron Room next to the 2nd Floor Reference desk will serve as an eating space. Attendees are also welcome to bring their lunch outside to the courtyard if both weather permits and construction is completed.
