Mid-Michigan Local History Conference Exhibitors

The Mid-Michigan Local History Conference is offering a limited amount to exhibit space within the Michigan Library and Historical Center rotunda throughout the event. Please review the criteria below if you are interested in registering your organization as an exhibitor. 

Note: Acceptance of exhibitors is at the discretion of the Mid-Michigan Local History Conference planning team.

Criteria for Exhibitors at the Mid-Michigan Local History Conference

  • Must register ahead of time. Final day to register as an exhibitor is Friday, September 25, 2026.
  • There is no cost to be an exhibitor.
  • 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided for each exhibitor.
  • All content at exhibit tables is informational - Nothing may be sold onsite.
  • All exhibitors should be somehow connected in some way to local history e.g.,
    • Library
    • Archives
    • Museums
    • Historical society/commission
    • Family history organization
    • College/university history departments
    • Cultural heritage organizations
    • Archaeological/preservation groups
  • Must have exhibit table with content throughout the conference 10AM-3PM.
  • A table does not need to be consistently occupied by a person from the organization (or even occupied at all), but no one is going to be policing the material at the exhibit tables.
  • If you expect to need power or access to an electrical socket, alert MMLHC organizers when you register.

Registering as an Exhibitor

If your organization is interested in having an exhibit table, please email the following information to Librarian@Michigan.gov:

  • Your name
  • Organization name
  • Organization location/address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • List of items, services, or materials will you be offering at your table.
