MiLogin Error Codes

Error Code Explanation of Error
2004 You already have an active session on another browser or tab. Please logout from the other location in order to proceed or close this session and return to your other open session. If you continue to receive this error, see "Troubleshooting MTO Error Messages" below.
2005 MTO user never accessed MTO from MBOS and the log-in credentials were not converted. You must create a new user profile. If you continue to receive this error, see "Troubleshooting MTO Error Messages" below.

Common Web Service Error Codes

C1100 An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again, and if you continue to receive this message, see "Troubleshooting MTO Error Messages" below, or, select the "Close" button to log out of MTO.
C1200 An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again, and if you continue to receive this message, see "Troubleshooting MTO Error Messages" below, or, select the "Close" button to log out of MTO.
C20000 This application has been taken down by Treasury. Check MTO Maintenance Outages or your MTO homepage for more details. If you receive this error message after the restore date and time, see "Troubleshooting MTO Error Messages" below.

Troubleshooting MTO Error Messages

If you repeatedly receive an MTO error message, complete all of the following steps. Be sure to reattempt your MTO transaction after each step:

  • Verify you are using an MTO supported web browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari
  • Log out of the MTO session and exit the browser completely
  • Shutdown computer and restart
  • Clear browser cache
  • Switch web browsers and/or computers if possible
