Collections eService Help Center: Account Representative Services

Access Account Representative Services

The Account Representatives Services portal allows access to Treasury collections account information when you are not liable or responsible for the debt. You are an account representative if you work with or on behalf of the liable individual or business to resolve the collection account. Account representatives include but are not limited to employees of a liable business, tax professionals, service providers, attorneys, agents, non-liable spouses, or family and friends. Using the Account Representatives Service portal does not make an account representative liable for the collection debt.

To use the Account Representative portal, you:

  • does not need a power of attorney authorization.
  • can connect to one or multiple collections accounts.
  • needs information about the collections account. This information can be found on any collections letter sent by Treasury.

The Account Representative portal allows you to:

  • view assessments, balances, and payment history,
  • make a payment, and
  • ask Treasury Collections a question.
