Collections eService Help Center: Business Debt Services
Access Business Debt Services
The Business Debt Services portal allows responsible parties of a business access to collection account information. Responsible parties include owners, partners, corporate officers (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer), and members of an entity.
To use the Business Debt portal, a responsible party:
- must provide information about the business collections account. This information can be found on any collections letter sent by Treasury,
- must provide personally identifiable information about themselves (including social security number), and
- can connect to one or multiple business accounts in Treasury Collections that they are responsible for.
The Business Debt portal allows a responsible party to:
- view collection information including balances, assessments, payment history, Treasury-issued correspondence, and power of attorneys on file.
- make a payment,
- request an installment agreement,
- ask Treasury Collections a question, and
- submit a Power of Attorney (Form 151) to Collections.
