The Real Deal Conquering Imposter Syndrome
Do you ever feel like a fraud, waiting for someone is going to call you out at any moment? Do you hide behind perfection, fear, blame, avoidance, or over-work? Is the stress of it all taking a toll on your wellbeing?
You are not alone! Join PCI trainer, Rosie Clark, to learn more about imposter syndrome and how to conquer it. You ARE the real deal, so let’s figure out how to shut down negative thinking and feeling patterns with helpful techniques and activities.
Attendees will learn:
- How to identify imposter syndrome
- Root causes of negative thinking and feeling patterns
- Basic techniques to combat “imposterism”
- Hands-on activities to create mind-body connections that reduce stress
This project is made possible by grant funds from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) administered by the State of Michigan through the Library of Michigan.
