From the MiTreasury eServices - Citizen Portal landing page, use the Sign in with MiLogin Citizen button.
Use the Create an Account button from the Welcome to MiLogin page and follow the onscreen prompts

When you receive the “Congratulations” message on MiLogin, you will be automatically redirected to confirm that you want to link MiTreasury eServices - Citizen Portal to your MiLogin profile.
Review and agree to the Michigan Treasury eServices Terms and Conditions.
Use the Add Service button to continue.
Per your request, the MiTreasury eServices- Citizen portal has been added to your MiLogin profile.
Use the Launch Service button to continue.
Based on your available profile information, you will be prompted to choose a method to complete your MiLogin for Citizen profile multifactor authentication.
Multifactor authentication (MFA) is a security protocol that requires two or more verification methods, or factors, before allowing you to log in. This adds layers of security beyond just a password to prevent unauthorized entry, even if your password is stolen. MFA is required each day you access your account.
Retrieve your unique code from the option you chose and enter it into the passcode field.
Use the Confirm Passcode button to continue.
On the MiTreasury eServices – Citizen Portal, your name and email address will be pulled from your MiLogin profile.
Re-enter your Phone Number and use the Save button to continue.
Note: A Secondary Phone Number is not required.
