The State Administrative Board functions through three standing committees that make recommendations to the Board. Each committee has their own agendas and other documents associated with how they function. These documents are available on this page along with links to the State Administrative Board's current calendar which will have meeting dates, locations, and times.
Building Committee members:
The Building Committee recommends approval of: awards of State construction and related professional service contracts; property leases for use by State agencies; establishment of State rental rates; matters relating to sales, acquisitions, and easements of State land.

Finance & Claims Committee members:
The Finance and Claims Committee recommends approval of: awards of contracts and contract amendments that are $250,000 or more and grants and grant amendments that are $500,000 or more; for commodities and services; small claims against the State for less than $1,000; write-offs of State receivables; disposal of State property; allotments of work orders.

Transportation & Natural Resources Committee members:
The Transportation & Natural Resources Committee recommends approval of: awards of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) contracts and agreements; Department of Natural Resources (DNR) oil, gas, and mineral leases; and Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) conveyance of submerged lands.
MDOT's Contract Services Division prepares the MDOT agenda. DNR's oil, gas, and mineral lease items are prepared and submitted on the DNR, Mineral and Land Management Section agenda. EGLE conveyances of submerged lands items are prepared and submitted on the EGLE Water Resources Division agenda. Current agendas are available below.
