About the Contract List

The Contract List serves as a directory for all active contracts managed by State of Michigan Procurement. It also has contracts managed by other agencies under delegated authority from the Department of Technology, Management and Budget.

Contracts managed by other agencies via statutory authority are not on the Contract List.

How to use the Contract List

• Viewing individual contracts: If available, clicking the icon in the “Link” column will open a PDF file of the current contract. You'll be able to review the entire contract. The contract will include current specifications, change notices, and pricing.
• Search, Sorting & Filters: The search boxes and filter tools at the top of the Contract List dashboard can be used to refine the number of contracts displayed. Use these filters to locate specific contracts. The Contract List dashboard column headers can also be used to sort by different variables. Buyer contact info is provided for each contract where available.

How do I copy or export the data?

A data exporting feature is disabled by Microsoft for any Power BI report published for sharing on a public webpage. You can copy records from the Contract List and paste them into your own document or spreadsheet using one of the following methods:

• Individual Records: Right-click anywhere on a single record. This will open a menu where you can select “Copy” followed by “Copy Selection”. This will copy all of the data present in the list for that record. You can then use the paste function to copy this data elsewhere.
• Multiple Records: You can select multiple records by holding either the Ctrl key or Shift key on your keyboard and left-clicking anywhere on each record you wish to select. Once you have highlighted all the records you wish to copy, right-click and select “Copy” followed by “Copy Selection”. This will copy all of the data present in the list for the selected records.
